Under these agreements, doctors practising at Care For All may be restricted from working at other clinics during their engagement with us and, subject to certain limitations, for a specified period following their departure. These arrangements help ensure continuity of care, protect the integrity of the doctor–patient relationship, and maintain the high standards of medical service our patients expect.
This policy guarantees that our patients receive consistent, dedicated care and protects the professional relationship between patients and their physicians.
