 一、 政府醫療服務 配合政府「慢病共治」(CDCC)資助 45 歲或以上合資格本港居民進行篩查與長期健康管理。 政府疫苗資助計劃 (VSS)：支援符合資格的長者、兒童及高風險群組，獲取政府補貼接種季節性流感疫苗及肺炎球菌疫苗 衞生防護中心。醫療券公私營協作：歡迎使用長者醫療券 提供多元化公私營協作服務，詳情請向職員查詢。 二、 婦女健康、子宮頸防護及女士醫學 子宮頸健康管理：提供子宮頸細胞檢查（柏氏抹片）、HPV DNA檢測及9價HPV疫苗接種。是否適合檢查或接種，須視乎個人年齡、病歷、接種紀錄及醫護人員評估。 婦女健康服務：根據個人病歷及臨床評估，提供婦女健康諮詢、驗孕、避孕方法諮詢，以及常見婦科和乳房症狀的初步評估。需要影像檢查或專科診治時，可按情況安排轉介。 三、 皮膚問題評估、小型程序及傷口護理 CO2 Laser 激光脫疣、肉粒及油脂粒。 常見皮膚問題評估及治療：包括濕疹、暗瘡、皮膚敏感、牛皮癬、香港腳、灰甲及其他常見皮膚問題。實際治療須視乎醫生臨床評估；有需要時會安排專科轉介。 傷口及小型程序護理：提供輕微傷口和輕微燙傷的初步評估及護理、破傷風疫苗接種評估，以及按臨床需要安排胃鏡或大腸鏡檢查。嚴重受傷、大面積燙傷或其他緊急情況，請致電999或立即前往急症室。 四、 現代都市病與各年齡層保健 慢性疾病監察及管理：按個人病歷及醫生臨床評估，提供高血壓、糖尿病及高膽固醇的檢查、監察、治療和跟進。需要時可安排進一步檢查或專科轉介 男士醫學護理：前列腺及泌尿系統檢查。 兒童健康成長：學前健康檢查、嬰幼兒發燒及急性炎症治療、小兒哮喘管理。 各類痛症管理：頭痛、退化性關節炎、痛風發作、肩頸背痛及膝蓋關節不適。 五、 臨床影像、功能化驗與防護疫苗 檢查及轉介安排：本診所可按醫生臨床評估安排磁力共振（MRI）、電腦掃描（CT）、超聲波及X光檢查，由外部醫療機構提供。心電圖（ECG）是否可於診所進行，請在預約時向職員確認。 功能評估化驗：抽血檢驗、即時流感快速測試、血糖自我監測。按醫生評估提供或安排指定的肝功能及腎功能化驗。呼吸系統評估可能需要臨床檢查、血氧量度、肺功能測試或影像檢查。 自費疫苗防護：提供初生嬰兒至成人疫苗注射（包括帶狀疱疹「生蛇」疫苗、水痘針、甲乙型肝炎針。 欲瀏覽完整疫苗清單與資助詳情，請聯絡我們 六、 專業醫療支援與諮詢 醫療報告及證明：可按醫生評估提供入職前健康檢查報告、入學健康證明及意外受傷評估報告。是否能夠簽發指定報告，須視乎臨床評估、檢查結果及接收機構的要求。需要專科醫療意見時，醫生可按情況安排轉介。 外訪醫療服務：視乎醫生當日安排、病人所在地點及初步資料，本診所可能提供非緊急醫生外訪評估。是否接受外訪、服務範圍、時間及費用須在預約時確認。部分情況可能需要直接到診所、急症室或醫院接受檢查及治療。 1. Government Healthcare Services In line with the Government's chronic disease management policy, the Chronic Disease Co-Care Scheme provides eligible Hong Kong residents aged 45 or above with subsidised screening as well as long-term health management and follow-up care. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme (VSS) Eligible elderly persons, children, and high-risk groups can receive government-subsidised seasonal influenza and pneumococcal vaccinations under the Vaccination Subsidy Scheme. Elderly Health Care Voucher & Public-Private Partnership Services We welcome the use of Elderly Health Care Vouchers and offer a wide range of public-private partnership healthcare services. Please contact our staff for further details. 2. Women's Health, Cervical Care & Women's Medicine Cervical health services include cervical cytology screening (Pap smear), HPV DNA testing and 9-valent HPV vaccination. Suitability for screening or vaccination depends on age, medical history, vaccination history and clinical assessment. Women’s health services: Based on medical history and clinical assessment, we provide women’s health consultations, pregnancy testing, contraceptive counselling, and initial assessment of common gynaecological and breast symptoms. Imaging or specialist referral may be arranged when clinically appropriate. Family Planning Consultation We offer pre-marital health assessments, fertility planning consultations, family planning guidance, and professional management of menstrual disorders and menopausal health concerns. 3. Assessment of Common Skin Conditions, Minor Procedures and Wound Care CO₂ Laser procedures: A doctor will first assess the nature of the skin lesion and whether the procedure is appropriate. In suitable cases, CO₂ laser may be used for selected benign skin lesions such as common warts, skin tags and sebaceous hyperplasia. Outcomes, risks and the number of sessions vary, and some lesions may require further investigation or specialist referral. Dermatology Services Following clinical assessment, CO₂ laser may be used for selected benign skin conditions, including warts, skin tags and sebaceous hyperplasia. Pigmented lesions or moles should be clinically assessed before removal because suspicious lesions may require specialist evaluation or pathology. Wound care and minor procedures: We provide initial assessment and care for minor wounds and minor burns, assessment for tetanus vaccination, and arrangements for gastroscopy or colonoscopy when clinically appropriate. For serious injuries, extensive burns or other emergencies, call 999 or attend an Accident and Emergency Department immediately. 4. Chronic disease monitoring and management: Based on medical history and clinical assessment, the clinic provides investigation, monitoring, treatment and follow-up for hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol. Further investigations or specialist referral may be arranged when required. Respiratory & Endocrine Care Respiratory health consultation Men's Health Services We provide prostate and urinary tract examinations,. Paediatric Healthcare Services include pre-school health assessments, treatment for infant and childhood fever and acute illnesses, and childhood asthma management. Pain Management Services Professional care is available for headaches, osteoarthritis, gout, neck and back pain, shoulder pain, and knee joint discomfort. 5. Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory Testing & Vaccination Services Diagnostic Imaging Services Investigations and referrals: When clinically appropriate, the clinic can arrange MRI, CT, ultrasound and X-ray examinations with external healthcare providers. Please confirm when booking whether an ECG can be performed onsite. Laboratory & Functional Assessments Our testing services include blood tests, comprehensive liver, lung, and kidney function assessments, rapid influenza testing, and self-monitoring blood glucose support. Private Vaccination Services We offer a wide range of vaccinations for infants, children, and adults, including shingles vaccines, chickenpox vaccines, and Hepatitis A and B vaccinations. Professional Medical Support & Consultation Medical Medical reports and certificates: Subject to medical assessment, the clinic may provide pre-employment health reports, school health certificates and injury-assessment reports. Issuance depends on the clinical assessment, investigation results and the receiving organisation’s requirements. Referral may be arranged when a specialist medical opinion is required. Doctor home visits: Subject to doctor availability, the patient’s location and preliminary information, the clinic may provide non-emergency home-visit assessments. Acceptance, service area, timing and fees must be confirmed when booking. Some conditions may require assessment or treatment at the clinic, an Accident and Emergency Department or a hospital.
